C. A. MacFinn's Bio:
C.A. MacFinn is a NYC/Toronto based Animator & Digital Designer. His work has won Awards, two Best Animation nominations & been official selections at over 25 international festivals & conferences, including Athens Animfest for two years running, Visionaria and Canada Shorts.
Animated books created by C.A. MacFinn have twice been selected for SIGGRAPH's Showcase for Innovative Mobile Apps (Real World Dinosaurs andPete and The Orange Fox –both on iTunes).
Other assignments C.A. MacFinn has worked on include 3D animation, modeling & rigging for independent narrative & documentary movies, Flash animation & design for Behrman House's animated app Unlimited Alef Bet (iTunes, Google Play), & creating Production Logos, Title Animations, Ads, PSAs and Explainer Video Animations. He is an animation teacher and lectures on the history of animation & video games.
C.A. MacFinn holds a BFA Summa Cum Laude in Computer Animation & Interactive Media from FIT & a Screenwriting Certificate from The New School.
